I am a Master Trainer and have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years starting as group fitness & gym instructor. Over the years I have worked in most areas of the fitness industry including management.
My own health issues & life challenges caused a weight gain of over 20kgs and overcoming this was a turning point in my career. Not only did it get me to study & learn even more, but it also helped me to understand and experience the struggle that goes with it, not just physically but also mentally & emotionally.
My goal as a PT is to inspire, motivate and challenge others to make positive changes that will help them achieve their goals whether they be weight loss, fat loss, increase strength, run a marathon or just lead a healthier quality of life.
I love to keep learning and challenging myself, which ultimately benefits my clients.
